Anonymous Evaluation of the Research Form

All participants must be given an evaluation form at the end of the testing session. If it comes to light that a researcher consistently fails to give participants an evaluation form, or if the evaluation forms demonstrate a problem with a particular study (e.g., several forms are returned indicating no explanation of the study was given, or the overall experience was negative), then that researcher’s access to the system will be suspended and further action may need to be taken.
